On Tuesday, November 14th the Liberal City Commission addressed the following items during their regularly scheduled meeting:
Consent Agenda items (Planning & Zoning meeting minutes and airport leases) were approved by the Commission.
Commissioners voted to approve the purchase of replacement tires for the Liberal Airport’s ARFF Crash Truck funded through Airport ARPA fund reimbursement.
Commissioners also moved to approve the purchase of two columbarium units for the Liberal Cemetery. These columbarium units provide families with a new option for placement of cremated remains, while also conserving land plots available for burials at Liberal Cemetery.
The next regularly scheduled Liberal City Commission meeting will take place November 28th at 5:30 p.m.
