All commercial containers are emptied on certain days that are scheduled by the vendor.

Services that we perform and programs offered:
Garbage Service- 95 gal. Residential Poly-Cart
- Collected twice a week (Please have by the curb by 7:00 am)
Garbage Service- Commercial Business 3 yd. containers
Tree Hauling Service
- Site visit by the supervisor or designated person, charged by volume
Roll-Off Containers
- 20 yd, 30 yd, 40 yd & Compactors delivered and hauled for a fee (see agreement documents below)
Special Pick-up Bulky Items
- Couches, chairs, mattresses, metal, appliances etc. for a fee
Recycling Center (24 hrs daily / 7 days a week)
- LARGE trucks & trailers Only Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm
Services we do NOT perform, but try to help when we can:
- Weeds- this is a Code Enforcement service
- Potholes- this is a Street Department service
- Trees from storms on front streets- this is a Street Department service
- Dead animals in alley or on street- this is an Animal Control service
- We DO NOT trim trees, except to clear for trash trucks
- We DO NOT go on personal property to cut trees or haul rubbish out
- We DO NOT haul hazard materials (such as paint, chemical drums, combustible liquids or any other flammables). Please Call Seward County Landfill at (620) 626-3266.
