Cereal Malt (3.2% Alcohol) Beverage License

These 3 original application forms must be turned in to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall:

• Corporate Application Form (PDF)
• Individual Application Form (PDF)
• Partnership, Firm or Association Application Form (PDF)

Approvals

Approvals from the Building Department, Fire Department, and Police Department, as well as the City Commission, must be obtained prior to receiving a license.

Fees

The cost is $100 for take-out beverages and $200 for consumption on the premises.

A background record investigation of $20 per person, plus an additional $5

per surname/alias.

Drinking Establishment License

We must see applicant's State of Kansas license before we can issue a City License.

The license costs $400 per year.

To obtain your State of Kansas license, contact the Kansas Department of Revenue at 785-368-8222 for the appropriate forms or download the forms on the Kansas Department of Revenue website. Print and complete the forms and forward them to the Kansas Department of Revenue for processing.

Liquor Store License

We must see applicant's State of Kansas license before we can issue a City license.

The license costs $300 per year.
