Paratransit Service
Riders with disabilities who cannot use fixed routes may apply for door-to-door paratransit service. paratransit service will require 24 hours notice and will cost $2 per 1-way trip. Unlimited monthly passes for paratransit service will cost $40.

  5. Eligibility

    Persons who are certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as having a disability that prevents them from riding fixed-route buses are eligible to use City Bus On-Demand Service which operates within 3/4 mile of the City Bus fixed routes.

  6. Evictions

    Passengers that do not adhere to the guidelines can and will be evicted from using City Bus services.

    These grievance procedures have been developed to assure passengers of fair and equitable access to City Bus services.

  9. No Shows & Cancellations

    A “No Go" occurs when riders do not cancel a reservation at least 2 hours before the start of the scheduled pick up window.
